We had Brandee Zook for our house buying and selling process. She was absolutely amazing. She helped us as first-time home buyers with the process of buying our first home as we were pretty clueless going into it but she took care of the paperwork and the back and forth and was there for any questions that we had. Then a few years down the road I got transferred with my job and we had to sell our home, again never did that before so we called up Brandee to get the house listed and shown and sold. It was hard for us being 7 hours away from the house to really be able to do anything. It was ok though as Brandee would call and talk to us about anything with the house she picked up mail that was sent and made sure it was taken care of. We left in early fall and when the winter hit there were some harsh weeks there, she called us and asked what we would like the heat to be set at so the pipes didn’t freeze knowing we couldn’t get up there to do it ourselves. If my wife and I ever move back to Brookville or surrounding area Brandee will be the first person we get in touch with. She was an absolute gem and we couldn’t recommend her more.
