Want to give this lovely lady a much deserved shout-out from Dave & I!! Dave had his house on the market for 10 months with another real estate agency, with not so much as an offer. So when that contract was up, we insisted the listing be switch to Lori Nicholson Srock at ReMax! She immediately hired someone to come out and take QUALITY pictures & gave advice as to minor (but important) changes to be made to improve the showing of the house. Within weeks, she had Dave a full price offer. Unfortunately, the buyers had to withdraw their offer due to local employment contracts not being able to be fulfilled due to COVID. But she didn’t get discouraged. Within a mere couple months, another full-price offer & yesterday all the paperwork was signed & finalized! There was so much “noise” that unfortunately went on behind the scenes of trying to sell this house that would have made any agent beyond frustrated, but Lori kept her composure and her focus on the common goal - selling the house!
